Our Mission
We all want to succeed in life, and so do our children and our students. As parents and as teachers, we want them to be happy, make friends, enjoy school, and grow into independent and resourceful individuals. But challenges like defiance, emotional outbursts, or power struggles can leave us feeling uncertain and wondering whether we are making the right choices.
In these workshops, we will work together to share practical and powerful strategies that will help you move from conflict to connection. Whether you find yourself facing challenges or seeking ways to strengthen your bond with your children or students, these courses will provide you with tools to create positive relationships that help everyone grow.

Albana Bertin
About Me
I am Albana—a parent and a teacher first, and so many things second.
For the past 25 years, my life has evolved around children of all ages. As an international educator and a mother of three, I have experienced moments of immense joy and pride in both my children and my students. But I have also faced difficult times—moments of frustration and self-doubt as both a parent and a teacher.
Through it all, one thing has become clear to me: Challenging behaviors—whether from children who thrive or those who struggle—should never stop us from teaching them the life skills they need to become independent, resourceful, and fulfilled individuals. After all, these skills will shape them into their best selves—as future adults, loving partners, warm parents, and successful professionals.
